Since 1992 Rachel Mount has specialised in producing bespoke edible centrepieces. With her cake sculptures now being exhibited at London’s top art galleries she has established herself as London’s leading cake artist. Her cake designs are favoured by a glittering celebrity client list and top event designers. Rachel’s work is regularly featured in the international media, she has designed cakes for Vogue and POP.

Commissions can be for any occasion, small or large scale, understated or ambitious, as individual as the client desires. Clients are invited by appointment to Rachel’s South London studio for consultations. Each design brief is carefully researched by Rachel to help inspire thoughtful and appropriate design ideas. Sketches are then drafted and sent to the client along with delicious cake centre choices and quotations.
